INSTRUCTIONS:

First of all, our shows are simply MP3 audio files that you can download and listen to any way that you're comfortable with. but to take full advantage of this whole new phenomenon called podcasting, these are the two things that you need to do...

1. You'll need an audio player like iTunes that supports RSS 2.0 with enclosures:
   

2. Subscribe to this show's RSS feed:  Look for then click on that icon and copy the URL address into you aggregator click ADD and that's it. Your player will now check for new shows automatically and download them to your computer. You can listen when it's convenient to you.

Again, you can always download the .mp3 by clicking on   icon and listen however you normally listen to .mp3 files. then just sit back and enjoy!
